Ian Cordell - Chairman & CEO

Ian Cordell has been a leading executive in the direct selling industry since 1994. His first industry success came as the founder of Optimal Telecom, which grew to over 100,000 representatives. After Optimal's active sales force was acquired by its primary carrier, Ian put a world-class team together and established International Direct Selling Technology Corporation. Ian is an active executive and entrepreneur. In 2007 he launched the Jammin Studios brand with the acquisition of Jackie's Jammin Studios, a dance studio located in Tampa, Florida. Ian’s two daughters are competitive dancers and attend dance classes along with 200 other students at the studio. He is an active managing partner, overseeing operations and expansion throughout the southeast region. Ian along with lifelong friend and business partner Chris Kent, recently launched Numis Network, a direct selling company that markets numismatic collector coins. Of course, Numis Network is a customer of IDSTC and utilizes the IDSTC platform for its operational needs. Ian's unique combination of experience as both a successful direct selling company executive and technology company executive provides unmatched leadership for IDSTC and its clients. Ian graduated magna cum laude with a degree in business management from the University of Florida.

Mike Keller - President & Chief Technology Officer

Mike Keller is the President & CTO and founding partner of IDSTC. He has been engineering mlm software and party plan software applications for over 11 years. He is a recognized expert in systems design, and an ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Mike is an active member of the Information System Security Association (ISSA), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Federal Bureau of Investigation’s InfraGard program. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida, and has earned a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. Mike is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and a published author.

Curtis Wiggins - VP Systems Engineering

Curtis has over 20 years of systems engineering and programming experience, including specialization in complex financial applications. He is the lead architect and department manager for IDSTC’s compensation processing engine. Curtis earned a BS in engineering science/computer science from the University of South Florida.

Chris Kent - Director

Chris Kent and Ian Cordell have been friends since the 3rd grade and business partners since 1994 when they started Optimal Telecom together. They founded IDSTC together as well. He has been an executive and national trainer in the direct selling industry since 1994. Chris’s is primary role is corporate expansion and development. Like many others on our team, he is a graduate of the University of South Florida.

Solomon McCluster - VP Sales & Marketing

Solomon has more than 19 years of experience in the direct selling industry in both building organizations as a distributor and as a network marketing company owner. He is a seasoned industry expert with a unique skill set enabling him to tackle the complex requirements of today’s clients. His expert knowledge of the software tools, operations, and marketing strategies helps guide IDSTC clients to success.

Solomon's accolades include being named Best of the Best by the Multilevel Marketing International Association in 2010 and One of Direct Selling Live's Power 50 in 2009. He is eager to apply his wealth of experience and expert industry insight the solutions to move your business to the next level.

Valerie Cordell - Accounting Manager

Valerie has managed the accounting functions for IDSTC since its inception. Prior to joining the company, she taught elementary school. Valerie earned her degree in education from the University of Florida.

Danielle Williams - Client Resource Manager

Danielle oversees the project management, account management, and web design teams as they deliver excellence through high-quality client support and technical understanding. Her background includes extensive experience in technology project management and support of businesses in the direct selling industry. Danielle earned her BS in management and marketing from Tampa College.

Erica Schoerner - Project Manager

Erica brings a unique perspective to the IDSTC team. As the former customer service manager and merchandise manager for an IDSTC client, she recognizes the importance of the client/software vendor relationship. For nearly two years, she played a vital role in the implementation and management of the ES100 for the party plan company. With her targeted expertise, more than a decade of customer service and technical support experience, and a passion to help others fulfill their dream of business ownership, Erica is a welcome asset to the project management team.

Justin Tetreault - Enterprise Project Manager

Justin has over 10 years project management experience in both the solution development and operational management spectrum. Coupled with his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Justin is just the IT professional to manage any new client project or existing project initiative. He has not only managed life cycles on projects, but overseen all aspects of business, including sales, negotiations, sub-contracting, planning, purchasing, and financials. He has received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Cheddi Rai - Semi-Dedicated Project Manager

Cheddi has over ten years experience in a Business/Systems Analyst roles. He has worked in several industries that include Direct Sales/MLM, HR Outsourcing and Software development. Cheddi has managed several aspects of software and hardware implementations including training analysts in countries such as India. Cheddi earned a BS in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University and an MBA from Rollins College.

Melina Bering - Website & Multimedia Designer

Born and raised in Germany and fluent in German, Melina brings a genuine international perspective to IDSTC. She has been designing and supporting captivating websites for IDSTC clients for nearly 5 years.

Melina earned her BFA in interactive media from the International Academy of Design and Technology and is currently working on her certification in Web Programming at St. Petersburg College.

JP Myrtle - Website & Multimedia Designer

JP spent the last decade creating small business websites for a Tampa Bay area advertising agency. Having worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as HSN, he knows what it takes to make a website a powerful tool to empower your sales potential. He has also played a major part in managing and implementing Social Media campaigns and directives. When JP is not designing creative and appealing websites, he is busy coaching his son's AAU Baseball Team, The Clearwater Dragons.

Shawn Dube - Senior Software Engineer

With a BS in computer science from the University of Buffalo, Shawn joined IDSTC in 2006 with impressive credentials in web and multimedia application development. Shawn developed websites, web tools, web media applications, and online budgeting and inventory management functionality for such diverse industries as healthcare and mass media, from the initial startup companies to the upper Fortune 500. At IDSTC, he programs client websites with standard and customized functionality and helps to drive leading edge enhancements to the Global Enterprise Management System and Sales Force Back Office.

Lalani Weerasangilige - Senior Software Engineer

Lalani earned her BS in mathematics from the University of Colombo in her native Sri Lanka, and her masters in MIS from the University of South Florida. She also holds the MCTS certification in SQL 2005. At IDSTC she specializes in compensation plan design and programming.

Greg Gebhart - Senior Software Engineer

Greg has been architecting, designing, and implementing software solutions for more than 15 years in several different market sectors including pharmecutical manufacturing, hospital billing, and legal document management. He has been specializing in web and database applications for last 10 years with a keen interest in the user experience and application performance. Greg earned a BS in management with a focus in MIS from The Ohio State University in 1990 and a masters in MIS from Keller Graduate School in 2003

Brandon Pav - Senior Software Engineer

With over a decade of experience in software development and technical support, Brandon has developed a wide range of applications for corporations in diverse industries. He now develops customized ES100 functionality and performs web integration, interacting with owners and project management to create a fluid technological experience for IDSTC clients. Brandon is a magna cum laude graduate from the University of South Florida, with a BS in computer science and a BS in computer engineering.

Chris Henry - Senior Software Engineer

Chris comes to IDSTC with several years of development experience in the direct selling software industry. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a BS in Management and a masters in Information Science. He currently holds the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) certification with a specialization in web development.

Anthony Calo - Senior Software Engineer

Anthony came to IDSTC in 2010 with over 16 years of enterprise system engineering experience for mostly large corporations. He has successfully designed, developed, and managed projects in a variety of industries including Pharmaceutical Sales, Financial, and Insurance. As part the IDSTC team he is enhancing our core applications with both standard and customized functionality. Anthony earned a BS in Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University.

Justin Russo - Senior Software Engineer

Justin possesses a strong foundation in software development, from developing applications for automation of credit card fraud monitoring to designing and implementing architecture for a large scale Social Networking site. His experience also includes developing professional Enterprise software solutions for a large scale insurance underwriter, and a HR Solutions provider. Also, Justin is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, serving honorably from 1993 to 1997.

Alison Warner - Account Manager

Alison comes to the IDSTC team with an impressive background in project management and technical support of direct selling companies. She enjoys working closely with our clients to make sure their websites and software are delivered promptly and accurately. Alison is a graduate of Florida State University, where she received a BA degree from the college of education.

Cody Herbert - Account Manager

Cody joins IDSTC with an extensive background in real estate and title abstraction where he managed some of the largest banks in Florida as former clients. It is from this real-life management experience that he was able to cultivate the skills we were seeking in an Account Manager. With the combination of both a technical and creative teaching background, this enables Cody to deliver exceptional support to our clients along with an analytical edge to help them take their projects even further. He has earned his BS from Florida State University and is also certified in Florida to teach English and Social Sciences. Cody is currently working to further his education at University of South Florida.

Rachel Shiflett - Sales Coordinator

In addition to working full-time at IDSTC as the sales department coordinator, Rachel will be completing her college studies at the University of South Florida and is also a professional dance instructor.
